Vacation home Sil Crest, Flims - Switzerland

For many years, Sil Crest has been used by our clients as a place of retreat in the Grisons Alps. The additional purchase of a further housing unit represents the beginning of change of the former apartment building into a luxurious retreat for the family, their acquaintances and business partners.

Our team was asked to renovate and extend the villa. The project offers well-appointed apartments and a common area for an open-hearted get-together, before and after the winter sports. 

The site encompasses an elegant party area with a room for a billiard table and a fireplace, a natural stone cellar with an adjacent room for wine tasting, as well as a wellness and fitness installation of the highest quality.

Finishes throughout are earthy, warm and luxurious with a light combination of stone cladding, marble and timber flooring.

The villa offers a warm and comfortable environment while retaining a minimal aesthetic. The satisfaction of the owners as well as the distinction attributed by the «International Design Awards 2014» fill us with great pride and joy.
